Job Description
Satellite Medical Office in Cedar Pointe Corporate Center, Seeks a Part-Time Front Office Assistant (Approximately 20-30 hours per week)
Job duties include the ability to maintain a successful relationship between IMX and our medical providers while delivering exceptional customer service to all parties. Job tasks include but are not limited to: Managing Office Hours, Assisting doctors with schedule management, Administrative chart review, Escorting patient to and from examination rooms, Chaperone services for exams, Charts Filing, Appointment reconciliation, Appointment scheduling and other general office administrative duties.
Prior medical office preferred but not required. Selected candidate must be able to work flexible hours and have their own transportation.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional attitude with a strong customer service focus
Multitask and be able to work well under pressure
Ability to work independently
Proficient with basic computer applications, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Able to accommodate flexible work schedule
