This role requires hands-on knowledge of data analysis techniques, business and marketing metrics and score carding, campaign analysis, modeling and forecasting. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and experience managing and querying complex data sets in order to ensure of compliance of business procedures and control of the area. Position in metro area of Puerto Rico

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum of 3 years direct work experience

• Experience in Oracle 9i, MS SQL Server, Crystal, SAP, SCM, MS Windows, UNIX, AIX, and operating system 

• Prior experience with database design in Oracle

• Expertise in Business Objects tools, such as Scheduler, Designer, Data Integrator, and BO Universe design.

• Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools: Business Intelligence, Cognos Report Net and Cognos 8 

• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
