You will need to be switched-on and have a can do attitude to carry out a variety of administrative tasks. This is a client-facing role where you will administer a portfolio of Corporate structures. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work are vital to enable you to assist the team with day-to-day tasks which will include liaising with clients and intermediaries, preparation of minutes, processing of payments whilst adhering to company procedures.

You will be curious and have an eagerness to learn and grow and a passion to make a difference. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential qualities, which will stand you in good stead as you work effectively and collaboratively with the team, clients and others within the organisation. Building strong relationships and identifying client needs in this customer centric role is important.

• The right to live and work in Jersey
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word 
• Knowledge of the Finance Industry in Jersey
• 2 years’ experience within a Corporate environment
• Preferably ICSA qualified or working towards ICSA or other relevant qualification
