Are you a certified Scrum Master in search of an opportunity to join an R&D team on a strong growth trajectory? If so, we need your facilitation skills to support our continuous improvement objectives in terms of Sprint velocity, team collaboration, and focus.

As a Scrum Master, you will work primarily with our Scrum teams composed of Product Owners, developers, and quality assurance specialists to ensure alignment to priorities and remove roadblocks. You will prepare and organize our scrum ceremonies, gather and share velocity metrics, and advance our Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of our product vision, roadmap and of our release plan
• Make sure the Scrum teams are clear on the Sprint goals, features, user stories, tasks and relative priorities
• Contribute to the grooming and prioritization of the product backlog
• Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, grooming/poker planning, sprint planning and retrospectives)
• Support the Scrum team’s self-organization
• Identify issues and help to remove obstacles to developers’ progress
• Measure velocity and help us uncover means to improve

• Certified Scrum Master with advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or high-tech company
• Excellent communicator, facilitator, and collaborator
• Strong communication skills in French and English, both orally and in writing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate an ongoing desire for learning and development, as well as supporting others in their personal growth trajectories
