• Coordinates Project related administration. i.e. Scope, Work Plan, Budget tracking,Schedule, Project Contracts, Change Orders
• Works with the Creative Studio team to develop project assists: Narratives, Illustrations, Architecture, ride/show technical deliverables.
• Track project resources
• Develop and maintain communications matrix to ensure timely and accurate communications to internal team, client stakeholders and vendors
• Create, Manage and Distribute project status reports and meeting minutes.
• Support Project Manager with all aspects of project to deliver it on time and on budget.

Education: Bachlors degree in Design / Project Management / Construction Management preferred.

3-5 Years Design Studio \ Location Based Entertainment Experience required
