•Assists design team in creating plans from concept through final construction drawings

•Verifies accuracy of drawings •Plots/prints plans, reports, and presentation materials

•Maintains project libraries and CADD standards

•Prepares detail and quantity calculations

•Prepares geometry calculations

•Performs general administrative assistance by maintaining project plans

•Assists with construction document preparation

•Revises drawings and renderings

•Conducts research for the project team

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

•1-3 years of Architecture experience Proficient in computer aided drafting and design programs, including Autocad, Revit, and Bluebeam (PDF converter), as well as Microsoft Office.

•Experience with 3D AutoCAD, Revit and BIM modeling software is preferred.

•Minimum four (4) years CADD experience.

•Must be detail oriented and quality driven. 

•Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
