Job Description

Identity Works LLC seeks experienced Identity Management Consultants for a full-time position.   Our consultants work directly with clients - who are located across the US, to deliver successful identity management implementations.  The ideal candidate is someone who has been working with identity management technologies - such as Oracle Identity Manager and CA Identity Manager, enjoys the technical nuances that such a system entails, and can effectively work with a variety of clients to deliver those solutions.   Identity Works is comprised of the best Identity Management consultants in the business, and offers a great team of peers to work with.   Identity Works consistently delivers successful identity management solutions to our clients, which cover wide a variety of industries from banking to telecom, healthcare to higher education.

An Identity Management Consultant is responsible for delivering an identity management solution to a client.   This work often encompasses the full life cycle of a solution - initial requirements, design, development, testing, and finally rollout.   

This job is open for anyone who lives in the continental United States.

Qualifications

A candidate for this position should have at least a bachelors degree in a CS or equivalent field, as well as experience with the following:

  • Identity Management software such as Oracle Identity Manager ( OIM ), Oracle Access Manager ( OAM ), CA Identity Manager, or CA Siteminder
  • Strong Java development skills
  • Familiarity with J2EE design an J2EE application servers, such Oracle Weblogic or IBM Websphere
  • Experience with core target system technologies such as LDAP, SQL, Web Services
  • Deep troubleshooting & problem analysis skills
  • Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments
  • Willingness to self-learn new technologies and systems
  • Ability to work alone and in a team
  • Strong communication skills

Although not required, candidates with some or all of the following experience as preferred:

  • Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint
  • (Mainly) Unix ID technologies: OpenLDAP, Kerberos, Samba, PAM/NSS
  • ERP Systems experience: Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP
  • Mainframe security technologies: IBM RACF, CA ACF2, CA Top Secret
  • Oracle SOA development
  • Web App technologies: JSF, JSP, ADF
  • Web Servers: Apache, IIS
  • Consulting experience
  • Project lead and/or management experience

Although not required, candidates with some or all of the following experience as preferred:
