Full Time Permanent Job With A Global Software Implentor And Integrator



  • More than 8 years of experience in handling accounts at onsite and offshore
  • Experience in understanding business problems and converting them into solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English language

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the onsite and offshore team to ensure smooth execution of the projects
    • Work closely with client managers, business users and technical team to address their requirements and be able to influence without authority
    • Develop business relationships with the client to sustain and grow the account
    • Arrange and coordinate interview between the offshore / onsite candidates and client for project requirements
    • Create SOW as per the requirement and track it to sign-off
    • Conduct Governance meetings between client management and L&T Infotech management
    • Become a thought partner by contributing towards customer’s vision and business objectives
    • Initiate and actively participate in status calls and management review meetings
    • Develop business opportunities roadmap along with the client and work with the delivery team to accomplish it by identifying new potential business opportunities
    • Overall planning, managing the full relationship including project management, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation and leadership
