Job Description

Responsible for improving employee performance through the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees. Assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees. Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance understanding and enable performance. 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and implement a training schedule for new hires and cross training curriculum. 
• Execute training curriculum in a consistent and repeatable manner. 
• Maintain curriculum to reflect current state technology & process.
• Standardize the process for communicating work procedure changes to all impacted groups.
• Develop and implement a train-the-trainer process to address special needs.
• Define and measure training effectiveness standards to evaluate instructor performance, curriculum effectiveness, and student performance. 
• Conduct surveys to assess student satisfaction with the course material, instructor and their confidence in the application of processes and tasks. 
• Conduct routine reviews of training schedule with management to ensure needs are met and prioritized. 
• Provide routine reporting and review of results to management. Include recommendations for improvement and action plans where appropriate. 
• Successfully and effectively integrate new training ideas and technologies into the company’s business model and culture. 
• Determine most effective timing, sequence, and method of training, including classroom, one-on-one, on-site, and web-based.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or at least five years of teaching equivalent and at least two years relevant business experience, preferably in a human resources or coaching role. Extensive knowledge of MedSpeed policies, procedures, and systems. Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships. Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills. Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change. Ability to travel up to 25%.
