Job Description

Inbound Back Office is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help our Marketing Agency clients with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly jump in easily, with minimal supervision. 

These tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Research
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel tasks
  • Scheduling - Email and Calendly, etc.
  • Travel plans
  • Organization/clean up of accounts/platforms
  • Billing help
  • Time-consuming tasks that someone else can take care of!
