Inbound Marketing Agents (IMA) is a Nashville-based digital marketing agency focused on blogging, email marketing, SEO, web development and social media. We're looking for someone exceptionally creative and social to work directly with our social media manager, Cameron. Your goal is to help drive engagement through new ideas, creative posting and networks options and to follow along with the analytics-based strategy which Cameron has developed. 

We work with various industries including: entertainment, transportation, publishing and serve a variety of demographics. If you're looking for real-world experience, aside from the correct temp at which to brew Columbian Grind, then we want to give you an interactive and career-defining opportunity. 

You must be creative and social. While we will teach you new skills, we want a candidate who already has experience on social media, promoting a blog or website (your own or someone else's). You should know a little bit more than the basics and be willing to take a leap into new social territory.

You must be trendy. We don't need people who have a ton of friends, but we are looking for candidates who can be persuasive and understand current creative trends of present-day social media. This means knowing how to create catchy text and use high-quality images (like those from unsplash.com) in your posts. 

You must be passionate about social media. We would love to see someone looking to go into digital marketing, because we want this position to help you get there. We'd also prefer some serious ping-pong skills, but if that's not you're thing, don't worry. We'll teach you.
