Position : Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: Long term Contract

• Write, update, execute, functional test cases for implementing QNXT (Claims processing system)

• Experience in QNXT REQUIRED

• Experience with Case Management using Trizetto’s CCA product

• Solid skills using a test management system. HP Quality Center preferred.

• QA software testing experience with solid understanding of the SDLC

• Software testing experience in healthcare industry

• Hands-on functional testing experience claim processing system. QNXT is preferred

• Demonstrated experience in using industry standard test tools such as Quality Center and Quick Test Pro/Unified Functional Test

• Demonstrated problem solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Power Point, Excel, and Visio

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Ability to multitask among various activities and responsibilities

• Strong organizational skills in a fast paced environment

• Ability to keep calm and focused when testing activities may be hectic and under tight deadlines with limited resources

• Ability to work together and collaborate with the project team

• Attention to detail

• Willingness to complete all the assigned tasks

• Understanding of applications and Claims Processing

• Understanding of database technologies and ability to effectively perform functional and back-end testing 

• Understanding of web and ability to effectively perform functional testing, parallel testing, configuration testing.
