Strong Technical guy with .net, C#, WPF

Capital markets, trading experience

Senior C# developer, Strong in WPF, Understanding e-trading including that of buy side / sell side

Their areas of questioning will be in the order:

-OOD concepts, conceptual understanding of heaps, stacks up to all complex structures including mesh etc

-Memory management, threading, links & RX

-GUI, threading performance management

Functional knowledge is a need
