Rates Electronic Trading Technology team is looking for help rolling out new US$ securities trading system. The system will be used by a few desks within Rates business in Americas, Europe and APAC. The roll out is required to support our business strategy in Rates Electronic trading and facilitate moving off the legacy platforms.

As the new platform was delivered to the first set of users we have a very strong demand and would like to accelerate the process so are looking for qualified GUI developers with relevant experience in Fixrd Income (Rates/Credit) trading to join us.

• Scope of Services and Work Product

1. Participate in analysis, work on design, development and integration as well as participate in testing and post deployment support of the new Trading System Front End

1. The application is built using proprietary GUI framework based on .NET/WPF

1. Work expected as part of the larger UI development team.

• Roles and Skill Set Requirements

• 7+ years experience C#/.NET /WPF

• Experience working in at least one of the following areas is a must.

1. Rates/Credit Sell side trading
2. Equities OMS/EMS systems
3. FX Forwards sell side tradin

• Ability to work independently and as part of the team

• Experience working in high-performing agile teams

• Strong adherence to software engineering culture and best practices (TDD, continuous integration)

• Ability to oversee more junior team members
