Job Description
- Perform routine custodial duties.
- Maintain appropriate level of paper and janitorial supplies. Prepare and submit supply order requests.
- Provide building security during times of heavy patient traffic.
- Receive packages and deliver to appropriate person/location.
Escort outside contractors to appropriate areas to perform services (i.e. BGE, Verizon, trash removal, medical waste pickup, work crews for building repairs) and confirm work completion, if appropriate.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass both a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check required.
- Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision.
- Must have excellent time management skills and work ethic to get daily job tasks done on time each day.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, climb several flights of stairs, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (periodic long work days and weekends).
- Ability to work with the public, with a culturally diverse population.
- Possess a valid Driver’s license, preferred but not required.
Additional Information
Status: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
Work Schedule: Weekdays, Monday – Friday, 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
