We distribute Physica Energetics in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

Job Description

Office/Inventory Manager is responsible for:


• All calls/emails coming in daily to provide excellent customer service to practitioners.

• Manage all customer accounts: setting up, processing of orders and credit cards daily, filing, packing and shipping products to requested areas, all in a timely manner.

• Daily contact with customers regarding placing an order, tracking or inquires.

• Maintaining personal/house accounts of product purchased.

• Monthly quality control of all product inventory, ordering of inventory, stocking shelves, entering quantity into QuickBooks, etc.

• Monthly sales reports.

• Ordering of office supplies, needed for in office and account executives.

• Support of account executives, with material or products needed for appointments, researching new areas, etc.

• Light management and servicing of other family businesses.

• Manage/maintain online shopping cart, inventory, office cleanliness, etc.

Qualifications

Good work ethic, self starter/manager, exceptional communication skills in person and on the phone. Positive energy and attitude required. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office required. Light sales/marketing experience a plus. Web site management/design a plus.

This applicant must have their own means of transportation. Business location subject to change if existing space is sold. Resume, references and salary requirements to be submitted. Part time employment considered but full time is preferred.
