How about a once-in-a-lifetime writing gig that will change your life? Well… we’re looking for a talented and driven junior copywriter who wants to grow professionally while being a part of one of the most well-known brands in the world.   

We’re building a competence centre for copywriting excellence at IKEA Communications in Älmhult, Sweden. Great people have already joined - now we’re looking for the final pieces to make the team complete.

Who we are:

At IKEA Communications, a 330+ strong bunch of great people from 30+ countries do global communication for IKEA, reaching every part of the globe. We work with global content for IKEA.com, the IKEA Catalogue, IKEA Ideas, News, PR launches and much more, alongside the development of new ways of reaching the many people, such as VR, AR and MR. And of course loads of stuff we can’t talk about in an ad.

Who you are:

We’re looking for a junior copywriter, probably with at least 2 years of experience. You’re a talented, self-motivated thinker, adaptable, creative and passionate about collaboration. You’re focused on meeting your deadlines but willing to lend a hand when needed. You probably know the craft and understand communication, but you also realise that there’s much more to learn and are willing to do so.

You know your English backwards and forwards (well, forwards at least). You understand when words are necessary and when they're not—and how to tailor them to different media.
