About the role
The assignment for IT Delivery is to provide reliable and fit for purpose Information Technology operations and user support. Together, IT delivery teams will create a well-anchored roadmap driven by business needs and technology opportunities. Together we will deliver on the roadmap and continuously support and improve the current solutions. 

In the role of IT Infrastructure Responsible you will lead the development and delivery of the assigned IT Infrastructure services end-to-end. We work with great many interesting opportunities in operational excellence, building out our possibilities with current and new technology stacks.

You will be challenged to be ahead with proactive and flexible infrastructure standards, enabling fit for purpose cloud platform services in multi-cloud and hybrid models. Your lead and support will also ensure the strategic transition from on premise platforms to cloud delivery models. 

In this role you will support IKEA by:

• Managing, developing and delivering Compute platforms and services to agreed requirements and in line with established processes. 
• Supporting multiple business projects and activities with expertise and competence to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Continuously improve existing- and establish new- platforms and services
• Deliver to Compute technology roadmaps using and contributing to Digital & IT frameworks in architecture and cybersecurity domains.
• Lead and work in assignments across IKEA to deliver IT- platforms and- services that enable business users to contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer, always with the customer in mind
• Orchestrating great cloud opportunities using cloud foundation frameworks, new delivery models and multiple delivery partners

About you

We also believe you will need to have a combination of the following experience, knowledge, capabilities and motivation:

• University education in computer science or combination of relevant education/training and work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing, delivering and operating IT infrastructure services, platforms and products in a similar position.
• Experience in driving technology shifts with a focus on cloud transitions in a constantly changing- and global environment
• Thorough understanding of technologies such as mobile platforms, Windows Server OS, Linux OS, hyper-converged platforms, Azure cloud, AWS, Google cloud platform, VM-ware in hybrid- and multi-cloud architectures. 
• Capability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders and business partners through effective collaboration and delivery of results.
• Capability to lead, work, enable and delegate with longer term strategic agenda, as well as  on the operational and tactical implementation of available and supported IT platform- and services operations 
• Strong desire for constant renewal of IT services and IT processes and the ability to apply DevOps, ITIL and architectural frameworks and methodologies.

A few more details for you
This position is full-time (40 hours per week) and is located in Malmö, Sweden. Substantial travel will be required.
