Job Description

Purpose

Responsible for Logevos’s financial planning (incl. budgeting, investments, cashflow, resources) and financial performance management. 

Securing that Logevo has the optimal financial prerequisites to achieve its business goals and priorities at the lowest cost. 
Define, implement and follow up all necessary routines to secure that Logevo complies fully with all internal and external financial rules, routines and guidelines. 

Assignments

- Responsible for preparing, describing, communicating and following up the Logevo budget as a key element of the Logevo Business Planning process

- Responsible for the financial reporting both internal and external 

- Responsible for Logevo’s financial control calendar with planning for the whole year and secure it is followed  

- Define and following up financial goals and KPIs

- Develop and contribute to a good cost control within Logevo

- Secure and maintain financial book keeping routines according to external and internal rules, routines and guidelines.

- Lead the work with our auditors during the year with focus on the annual audit

- Lead and be responsible for the year end closing and make the annual reporting 

- Contribute to an investment policy 

- Lead the work with four eye principle within different processes in Logevo and secure that it is followed 

 

Qualifications

- Strong capability to review the total financial scope of Logevo’s business and identify improvement potentials 

- Good financial knowledge

Ability to analyse and draw conclusions, to think ahead, plan and understand how decisions impact the totality.

Take responsibility and run operations in an independent and efficient way.
