IKEA Älmhult AB is a new company within Inter IKEA Group with a unique role to support the positioning of “IKEA in Älmhult” and the development of Älmhult as an attractive and great place to work, live and visit. The three main areas of assignment is Inter IKEA Group in Sweden assignments, Public affairs Inter IKEA Group in Sweden with special focus on Älmhult and Holding company for IKEA Property, IKEA Hotel & IKEA Museum.

You are strongly action and result oriented, structured and have cost conscious approach combined with ability to see both big picture and focus on details. You are experienced in recruitment, compensation & benefit, learning & development, labour law, work environment and have strong communication skills with ability to both inspire and clarify.

Qualifications

As HR Business Partner you will be employed in IKEA Älmhult AB and together with the HR team and line managers, lead initiatives to bring the people and business together in IKEA Property, IKEA Hotell and IKEA Museum. You are a member of the Management team in the unit/s you support. In addition to that you will participate or coordinate various HR related projects initiated by IKEA Älmhult AB or Inter IKEA Group in Sweden.

You will work to develop and support the units in IKEA Älmhult AB in the areas of strengthening our leadership, developing competencies, creating a strong culture based on our values and developing the workplace for the future to secure that we are a great place to work.

Additional Information

This is a temporary position, full-time (40 hours per week). The position is based in Älmhult and you will report to HR Manager in IKEA Älmhult AB.
