Job Description

About the opportunity as Solution Area Support.
As Solution Area support you belong to the Solution area Order, Supply and Sell within IKEA Components.

You act as 2nd level support within the area of responsibility. You analyze, prioritize and solve all incoming IT cases within agreed time and with accurate quality within your area. You take an active part in problem-, change- and life cycle management.  
You work closely with the business to understand their needs and to be able to support them in the best way.
You work in close cooperation with the Solution Owner and supports in giving feedback how the application is used, what improvements are needed from user perspective and what education that should be planned for the users.
You are responsible for educating the users, in close cooperation with Solution Owner
You participate in both local and global project and you are an important player when it comes to requirement- and test management.

The assignment will be located in Sweden (Älmhult), but the role is global which means you will support both Asia and Europe. The assignment includes some travel, both domestic and abroad. Our global organization consists of four solution areas with around 35 co-workers.

Qualifications

What kind of experience should I have? 
We believe that all people are talents!  For the position as Solution Area Support we believe you have an interest and knowledge in the area of IT support and end user service. Collaboration is the key factor to succeed in this role, practical knowledge/experience around agile ways of working are of interest.
Preferably you have experience of working within the area of purchase/supply chain and are today a skilled M3-user, or are coming from any other part of the IKEA-family and are willing to learn about our business.
