Job Description

We are looking for a Culture & Learning Planner to join our team at the Culture & Learning Centre in Älmhult. If you have a strong interest in working with learning in the IKEA business environment, have a passion for learning and how people can and want to learn, keep on reading!

In this role your main responsibility is:

  • Secure a successful meeting with the learner, whenever/wherever, through efficient preparation and follow up.
  • Contribute in learning development projects to prepare and secure efficient infrastructure and execution.
  • Plan and coordinate the operational need, publishing in My learning, do all necessary bookings and maintain the IKEA Culture & Learning Calendar..
  • Make learning solutions ready to use and easy available.
  • In follow up phase, collect and evaluate feedback from participants and facilitators for each learning activity as well as collect and summarize costs.
  • Contribute to the transformation we are making in reaching all IKEA coworkers and beyond with relevant learning content

 

 

About you

In addition to the IKEA Key values and core leadership capabilities, we are looking for you who have:

·       Recent experience from the IKEA value chain or similar experience.

·       Knowledge and interest in IT systems and tools.

·       Experience working with learning management systems.

·       Experience planning and arranging events, digitally and physically.

We believe that you are methodical, structured, detail oriented and able to work to fixed time plans.
You need to have a high level of communication skills in English, both in written and spoken form. You have an analytic ability with a holistic perspective.
