IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA retail channels with home furnishing solutions available to the many people.

The goal is to create better products by creating them together with the many people and move the IKEA brand perception towards a more open, curious and collaborative IKEA.

Job Description

In the Co-create Community team you will work in a truly global context closely connected with the product development where you will be responsible for building, managing and nurturing a diverse and global community with people, including co-workers, customers, partners and the many people across the world. In the work you will have a direct impact on the IKEA brand perception, through all our interactions online and offline.

As a Co-create Community Coordinator you will together with business owners, such as product development teams, lead the co-creation activities and content plan for projects and then be responsible for realising them. You will together with your colleagues in the Co-create community team lead the growth of a co-create community online; through social media and other digital media, and offline like events and meet-ups.
You will lead the work of creating a great co-create user experience with IKEA tone of voice at heart, where you on a daily basis nurture and interact with community members, to build strong relationships and foster a positive community, online and offline. From each activity you will also be responsible for summarising data, insights, ideas, comments and conversations from the community to create actionable insights that creates valuable input to the product development.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we believe that you:
• Have great knowledge and successful experience of working with community building in various social media channels
• Solid IKEA knowledge or the willingness to acquire quickly, with good product development knowledge
• Have the ability to turn insights into actions and follow up on pre-defined KPIs
• Are an organised multitasker who gets energy from working together with others
• Share the IKEA values and have the ability to be a good IKEA representative towards consumers using the IKEA tone of voice

You are fluent in English and you have an excellent ability to communicate verbally and write in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice according to the chosen channel.
