Culture & Learning Experience Lead

About the role

As a Culture & Learning Experience Lead you are responsible for an excellent experience for the Culture & Learning Offer across the value chain. You ensure that IKEA Culture & Learning solutions create business impact and are being perceived as highly inspirational and engaging learning experiences. What’s more, you:

  • Develop and sustain a strong competence base of facilitators, trainers and coaches together with partners across the IKEA value chain.
  • Evaluate digital and physical learning experiences, gather insights and draw conclusions for future improvements.
  • Secure that the latest versions of all learning materials and other equipment is used in all training sessions.
  • Support learning centres, planners, controllers and facilitators in all necessary activities to plan, prepare, execute and follow up according to the defined processes and standards.
  • Identify, recruit and on-board future facilitators.
  • Lead, coach and support facilitators and further develop their competence.
  • Contribute in the Develop Culture & Learning solution process with knowledge about needed infrastructure, together with the Knowledge Lead and the IKEA Culture & Learning Planners.
  • Keep up to date through people in the everyday reality of IKEA and the world around us.

What more are we looking to find in you?

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a similar education, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international business environment.
  • Experience from creating and delivering learning experiences close to the business.
  • An in-depth understanding and experience of IKEA business throughout the value chain, and the prerequisites for business success.
  • Access to and experience from developing a broad and active network of IKEA facilitators, coaches and mentors.
  • Strong ability to organise complex solutions that run across different businesses and organisations.
  • Knowledge of the IKEA Strategies, IKEA people approaches and an understanding of the IKEA strategic landscape and how to integrate that into IKEA Culture & Learning experiences for different target groups. 
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to facilitate business dialogues through co-creation in both physical and digital settings.
  • Great team player with the energy, drive and commitment to deliver results in an ever-changing reality.

A few more details for you

This is a full-time position, based in Älmhult, Sweden, though some travel may be required from time to time. This position reports to the Culture & Learning Experience Operations Manager.
