About the job
As Business Navigator you lead performance management in Food Digital environment in all dimensions.
You are an active business partner to colleagues and decision makers and lead with fact based insights and active risk management. You facilitate business development and innovation by actively exploring the future through scenario planning and modelling, always securing the optimal utilization of total invested money for IT-related initiatives and solutions within Food. In order to ensure an aligned way of working with Business Navigation this role will be part of a Business Navigation Matrix within Business Solution Range & Supply.

Your assignments will be to:
•    Be on top of the financials and deliverables of the project portfolio and its components, to ensure the right priorities in relation to Business Plan ambitions and a balanced portfolio
•    Lead the budget - and goalsetting process for the Solution Area Food as well as month end actuals, monthly portfolio Forecast and bimonthly Forecast reporting. 
•    Support and educate the business with setting up and maintaining the financial structures to follow-up cost and performance and support decision making in line with group frameworks
•    Perform analysis, prepare and provide financial and performance reports, reviewing and challenging reported actuals and forecasts, supporting in required presentations in the area of Food Digital.
•    Work on ad-hoc projects to improve the cost management and cost framework of the Food digital parts, such as new reporting tools, changes to the cost center layout, lead cost allocation implementation across BA, set up routine for business cases and tests in countries etc. 
•    Take lead and support the overall planning and steering of current and future cost development and goal setting activities, performing analysis and interpretation of the results and progress of the Solution Area in relation to our goals and agreed plans.
•    Be the liaison with IKEA of Sweden R&S Digital, overseeing, power of attorney and digital contract framework.  
•    Follow up on implementation of decided actions and support resource planning to secure that the costs are well controlled.
•    Initiate, participate and lead ad hoc activities and improvements of working methods and processes as a part of the Business Navigation Community

About you
You come with a Business Navigation, controlling or finance background, through a relevant work experience and education. You have a sound understanding of accounting, having already gained experience or being exposed to accounting principles. You have at the same time the ability to be a strategic business partner, to coach and challenge across topics, to set a direction and follow-up on it, as well as to lead projects and prioritize tasks. You also think ahead and understand the impact of decisions.

You are motivated by simplifying complex issues, still with the ability to prioritize and keep attention to details and you have the capability to navigate in the unknown. Being action-oriented and result driven, you enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented, continuously developing organization, having a strong ability to adapt to change. You are great in building partnerships based on trust, collaboration and support across functions and it´s clear that you live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and living IKEA culture. And of course you have a passion for Food! 

You have a Bachelor degree or corresponding knowledge in relevant area (e.g. Business Administration and/or controlling). You have good knowledge in the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel. You are a good communicator and as English is our corporate language, the ability to express yourself in English is a prerequisite.
