Job Description

A Case Specialist serves in the field as a critical member of the clinical team
providing direct services and support to clients with developmental
disabilities and their families, overseeing clinical programs and supervising
Behavior Interventionists assigned to those cases. Case Specialists must be
willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day. Drive time is paid and mileage is
reimbursed. Work is primarily conducted in the clients' homes and their
communities from 3pm and 8pm. New hires build up to 25 to 35 hours of weekly
work across time depending on clients available and their performance across
various responsibilities.




-Maintains punctual, consistent, reliable schedule with clients

-Provides direct therapy services to clients

-Provides training and on-going support to assigned group of behavior

-Provides training and on-going support to caregivers and family members

-Manages each client's clinical programming

-Produces clinical and administrative paperwork with accuracy and timeliness

-Maintains regular communication with client families and clinical care team

-Attends and leads clinical team and training meetings

-Reviews, analyzes, and reports on clients' progress

-Complies with company's policies, procedures, timelines and budgets

-Learns, respects and professionally represents the Intercare history, mission,
brand and culture to all constituents, both internal (colleagues) and external
(clients and outside organizations)


Required Credentials:
-Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or related field
-Must have 1-3 years prior experience as a Behavior Interventionist
