Job Description

A Program Manager serves in the field as a critical member of the clinical team, overseeing clinical programs and supervising Behavior Interventionists who are directly implementing programs, and providing information and training to parents.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver approximately 32 hours a week of billable service time to clients including supervision and or direct intervention
  • Provide clear, concise, constructive and actionable communications, insights, feedback to staff and client families with professionalism, HR-compliant language and a spirit of customer service
  • Efficiently produce each client’s clinical programs, reports and other supervision documents accurately and completely in compliance with contracted (billable) hours
  • Directly supervise, train and support Behavior Interventionists (BIs), from entry level to advanced
  • Provide coverage for peers during their absences and provide direct therapy to clients if the BI is absent and other coverage is not available
  • Provide training and on-going support to parents and family members tailored to support their communication and learning styles, and cultural needs
  • Maintain courteous, regular and effective (timely and accurate) communication with client families and all colleagues (administrative and clinical)
  • Produce clinical and administrative duties and paperwork with accuracy and timeliness and in compliance with the contracted (billable) hours allotted
  • With a spirit of leadership and teamwork, attend and lead clinical team and training meetings


Qualifications

  • Completed Master’s degree in relevant field
  • In progress with BCBA coursework (preferred but not required)
  • Have previous clinical field experience at an autism service provider or in a school setting with ABA
  • Prior supervisory experience in the field of ABA

Additional Information

You must be willing to drive approximately 30 to 60 miles a day, and be available as needed for sessions that may occur anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on weekdays and occasionally on weekends.
