We are a Fargo based, nationally recognized online retailer selling a wide variety of merchandise including outdoor sports, camping, exercise equipment, hobby supplies and more. We strive to be the best seller in any market we enter while remaining flexible as new markets and opportunities are always being discovered. We do our own sales, warehousing, shipping, production, customer service as well as designing our own websites.
Maintains and enhances the customer experience with our company by organizing and evaluating service provided via phone, email, and chat. Communicate clearly, both written and verbal, and work accurately with an eye for detail. Must be able to use automated information systems to analyze the customer’s situation, have excellent typing skills, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills in order to work efficiently as a team and with customers.
