• Plan, monitor, and keep on top of project deliverables, goals and milestones to ensure deadlines are met

• Facilitate, manage, and maintain timely and effective communication across internal teams and external vendors

• Oversee the production process, critical due dates and quality standards

• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and quality expectations

• Provide support to design and QA department in planning, developing and coordinating creative asset development (digital/video), test plans, and roadmaps.

•Coach, mentor and develop Business Analyst with the ability to drive standards on the team 

• Experience working in both agile and waterfall engagements in public sector. 

• Attend client meetings and prepare materials, including reports, presentations, and agendas, as needed

• 10 years of related work experience
• Remote, must live in anywhere in the northeast, US
• US Citizenship Required, Govt Work
• ​Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Superior analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team of 10 - 30 required.
• Consulting experience with large website transformation projects preferred.
• PMP and or agile certifications preferred.
• Process improvement certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Javascript, HTML, CSS preferred
