Job Description

Ability to navigate corporate structure to identify decision makers, determine buying process, develop an understanding of customer needs and requirements, effectively present our value proposition and educate the decision maker on how we can reduce their wireless costs.

Wireless or other telecom experience is a big plus
Outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience is a must
Some college coursework required, degree preferred.
Strong work ethics required.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Basic computer skills along with a proficiency in the MicroSoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Effective verbal & written communication skills required as well as active listening skills.
Ability to prioritize & multi-task customer issues.
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
Reliable transportation is a necessity.
Professional appearance, attire & demeanor.

  • B2B Sales Experience, including cold-calling and referral development.
  • Preferably experience selling to middle-to-enterprise market firms.
  • Ability to connect with C-Levels as well as middle management and other relevant stakeholders, makers just pitches and value proposition to relevant audiences.
  • Comfortable with combo inside/outside sales positions - including an effective presence over the phone and in-person in office and boardroom settings.
  • Knowledgeable in consultative sales approach, building consensus for a solution's need and create victories across multiple "buyers" within client organizations, especially finance and IT/telecom.
