Job Description

Core Responsibilities include:

  •  Accountable for achieving inside sales team revenue goals
  • Hire, train, coach and develop a high performance inside sales team
  • Develop goals and metrics for inside sales team
  • Regularly review team performance against metrics and assigned goals
  • Develop tools and strategies to maximize goal attainment and productivity by rep; regularly adjust & refine goals
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns with target accounts/contacts on a systematic basis
  • Collaborate on demand generation strategy and tactics
  • Directly supervise local staff, and collaborate in the supervision of remote staff

 

Qualifications

  • Team building and sales management experience, selling enterprise software as a service
  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player & leader
  • High achiever with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is required
  • Demonstrate and teach high-caliber cold calling skills. 
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding quota
  • Great time management and prioritization skills
  • Open to give and receive regular feedback in a transparent environment
  • Very organized, detail-oriented and persistent
  • 5+ years sales or marketing leadership experience, previous experiences in SaaS sales and customer success is preferred
  • Experience selling to marketing leaders, executives and business owners preferred
  • Self-motivated, curious and competitive
  • College degree or equivalent required
