Job Description

As an Associate Customer Success Representative, you'll use Invoca’s software for ad hoc projects. Working in a fun and fast-paced office, you’re a team player capable of juggling multiple tasks at once while meeting deadlines. This is an entry level position and the ideal candidate has a knack for learning new software applications (mobile or desktop).  

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and maintain an understanding of Invoca’s products and industry knowledge 

• Create campaigns and generate reports in Invoca’s Call Intelligence Suite 

• Interact with cross team work groups including Onboarding, Account Management and Support

• Track all activity in CRM and ticketing systems

• Deliver projects within agreed upon deadline


Qualifications

• Solid verbal and written communication skills 

• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript or the equivalent

• Ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal supervision
