Job Description

We seek a talented Product Manager to help drive development of our innovative call marketing automation platform. With our focus on helping businesses grow revenue across online, offline and mobile marketing channels, our product team works closely with a creative group of engineers and business colleagues in a lean startup environment.

Core Responsibilities include:

• Gather requirements and write short and concise user stories

• Prioritize stories and features, build consensus and coordinate product development with engineering

• Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams including: engineering, customer development, marketing, executive, and others

• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs

• Understand Invoca’s strategic and competitive position, and work to define and deliver the best solutions to shape, and improve that position

• Help to define a product vision and strategy by informing the roadmap with new, justifiable ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new features

• Maximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are required

Qualifications

• 3 years experience developing or managing SaaS online advertising technologies

• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or BA/BS in business or related field and 4 years of relevant experience

• Product management or product design experience

• Experience working in an agile/scrum development environment

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with proven ability to deal with ambiguity and succeed in an agile and open environment

• Demonstrated skills in gathering requirements, identifying elegant solutions to complex problems, organizing resources, and scheduling risk management
