Job Description

As a Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager you already have the experience and knowledge to drive customer satisfaction, retention and growth for a growing portfolio of Fortune 500 and enterprise customers. And now can bring that know-how to a fast growing, well funded start-up! In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term strategic relationships with our customers and ensuring they realize full value from their investment in - and partnership with - Invoca. Your focus will be to make every customer in your portfolio super successful resulting in positive and referenceable long-term relationships.

Serving as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, you will collaborate closely with your customers’ marketing and media teams, their 3rd party media and marketing technology and solution providers, and key Invoca internal stakeholders across Professional Services, Sales, Technical Solutions and Product teams to ensure that the needs and requirements considered critical to the success of your customers are communicated, prioritized and delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers by leading strategic and operational reviews (QBRs) to discover and evaluate their business needs and make concise recommendations
  • Present the Invoca value proposition, product features and benefits, as well as demos, to audiences ranging from Sr. Executives to technical stakeholders 
  • Become an expert on the customer’s Invoca deployment, packaged Invoca integrations, and the go-to person for strategic business direction
  • Drive internal alignment on key account strategy by partnering with the sales account owner to develop and execute on account plans
  • Ensure your customers employ best practices and their Invoca solution is optimized for maximum value
  • Educate customers on the value they can create in their Invoca solution
  • Continually assess, document, and analyze customer progress toward stated goals and objectives
  • Facilitate relationships across various customer teams and their 3rd party partners
  • Ensure any account and support issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed
  • Gather customer product feedback and communicate with product management to drive product prioritization and shape product roadmap 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in customer success and account management at a SaaS company
  • 3+ years in online advertising, media, marketing automation or equivalent industry experience
  • Understanding of online media, marketing automation solutions and lead generation practices. 
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords, keyword and/or display bid management solutions and programmatic media solutions a plus
  • Superb communication capabilities required
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • 4 year degree in business, marketing or equivalent BA/BS degree required. Masters degree a plus
  • Proven ability to deliver results with a consultative, value add approach to relationship building
  • Strong technical aptitude
