Job Description

  • Own and facilitate a portfolio of projects, including major strategic initiatives and advanced implementations, to be completed on time and within a set budget
  • Work collaboratively with the Technical Solutions engineers in technical problem solving to construct detailed project plans
  • Manage prospect and customer expectations by establishing and communicating project timelines 
  • Deliver highly-technical customer support and consultative services for internal teams by becoming an expert in the Invoca product and integrated partner solutions
  • Understand the marketing technology ecosystem and how these technologies can be leveraged in conjunction with Invoca for advising integration-related needs 
  • Act as a point of escalation for customers by providing guidance and recommended best practices with regard to Invoca’s technology and front-end web development
  • Assess risks, qualify, and scope new technical projects identified by the Implementation and Customer Success teams
  • Assist in writing test plans and QA for the Technical Solutions rails application
  • Ensure deliverables from the Technical solutions engineering team are high quality and clearly documented

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of technical project management, integrations, or implementation experience
  • Functional knowledge of integration systems, with experience integrating enterprise software to various software solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managers
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work at a highly-detailed level.
  • Experience in scoping, clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams
  • Critical thinking, and complex problem solving required
  • Knowledge of the online marketing technology landscape required
  • Knowledge and experience using APIs and JavaScript required
  • Customer first mentality; ability to empathize and create customer loyalty
  • Ability to review code with team members and help drive solutions a plus
  • Knowledge of the agile software development process a plus
  • Background in computing, telecom, mobile, or digital media a plus
