Are you an experienced FP&A analyst? Invoca is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a first-rate, growing FP&A team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the successful candidate will be joining a fun, fast paced, high-growth company, and will leverage their proven FP&A experience. This is a critical and highly visible role, requiring the ability to develop strong working partnerships with senior business leaders. Attention to detail, sharp analytical skills, determined work ethic, willingness to roll up your sleeves, and the desire to help build a winning Company are must haves.

Core Responsibilities include:

• Business partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders and teams.
• Manage all financial processes related to sales, marketing, and customer success, including sales planning & analytics, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and spend management.
• Lead weekly and monthly KPI tracking and reporting, including the coordination, improvement, and automation of executive and functional dashboards. Perform financial analysis and provide commentary that helps identify performance drivers and root causes of variances to objectives.
• Support key decisions (new growth opportunities, market segmentation, infrastructure investment) by producing financial models for recommendations to leadership team.
• Manage and execute ad-hoc analytical requests.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
  
• Exceptional financial modeling and scenario analysis skills, expert in defining and guiding the design of data-intensive models.
• Advanced Excel analysis skills coupled with the ability to frame complex topics.
• Knowledge of standard business intelligence software a plus.
  
• Experience with Adaptive Planning a plus.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Energy and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
