Job Description

What’s the opportunity?

Our product management team works closely with customers, partners, business and engineering colleagues in a lean startup, agile software development environment to bring industry leading inbound call intelligence solutions to B2C and B2B enterprises, advertising networks and agencies.

We seek a talented Sr. Product Manager with experience in marketing automation and online advertising to join the team and help drive development of our innovative inbound call intelligence platform - a critical component required for our customers’ successful omni-channel and mobile marketing initiatives. The winning candidate will be responsible for discovering, defining and delivering customer value and ROI. Working closely with colleagues in Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, you will contribute to all stages of a successful product lifecycle including: product creation, launch, adoption, support and monetization strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Gather user requirements and write short and concise user stories
  • Prioritize stories and features, build consensus and coordinate product development with engineering - acting as product owner for agile development scrum team
  • Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams including: engineering, customer success, marketing, sales and executive
  • Work closely with our UX Designers, Marketing and Customer Success teams to integrate usability studies, market analysis and customer research into product requirements to ensure products meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations
  • Understand Invoca’s strategic and competitive position, and work to define and deliver the best solutions to shape, and improve our industry-leading position
  • Help to define a product vision and strategy by informing the roadmap with new ideas to enhance existing functionality, introduce new features and open up new market and revenue opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and we are open to finding new, creative and unique solutions that make work fun and productive

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience developing or managing SaaS and online advertising technologies
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or BA/BS in business or related field and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Product management, UX and product design experience
  • Well versed in Agile methodologies and tools and experience working successfully in an agile/scrum development environment
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with proven ability to deal with ambiguity and succeed
  • Demonstrated skills in gathering detailed requirements, identifying elegant solutions to complex problems, organizing resources, and scheduling risk management
