Due to our increasing growth in the security industry, we have opportunities available in the Charlotte market. We would like to invite you out to speak with members of our Leadership Team about the following opportunities:

• Protection Specialists (Call Center Agent experience) – 2nd Shift & 3rd Shifts ONLY 

• Leadership Roles (minimum of 3 – 5 years of strong leadership experience)

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN THESE AREAS WILL BE CONSIDERED  

We will be conducting on-the-spot interviews. Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be interviewed.

• Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor 

• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

• Ability to be agile, flexible, and adaptable in an evolving environment

• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced workplace and focus resources to produce results

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays 

• Ability to work in restrictive spaces and keep concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels 

• Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills

• Ability to work independently as well as a team to meet goals

• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus 

• Security industry experience strongly preferred

• Must be able to pass and maintain a free and clear background check

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Must be able to attend two weeks of training during 2nd shift hours

We are a 24/7/365 operation and Protection Team members must be able to work a schedule that may include varying shifts, holidays, and weekends in order to adequately support the needs of the business Must be flexible to work overtime when the need arises.
