Job Description

The Human Resources Recruiter sources, screens, qualify, and interviews candidates for available positions across the Iverify enterprise. Responsibilities include, creating job descriptions for all positions, managing internal process, while also proactively researching industry trends to attract candidates with contributive qualities to Iverify, maintaining documentation of all recruiting actions, and coordinating the interview process between Iverify’s hiring managers and candidates. The Human Resources Recruiter reviews resumes and credentials of applicants and conducts pre-employment interview screenings for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to planning and conducting New Hire Orientation, supporting various Talent Management initiatives that may fall outside the scope of Recruiting.  This position requires one that is comfortable working in a department of one, with minimal support from the Talent Management Team.

 

Core Functions of the Position

  • Develop and utilize innovative and effective recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through traditional recruiting means, as well as social media.

  • Strong business acumen in sourcing, screening and accurately identifying job candidates across multiple departments and positions.

  • Establish and maintain a strong external network of sources

  • Establish candidate qualifications by developing knowledge, skills, and screening questions for each position. 

  • Evaluate candidate strengths compared with job requirements by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates.

  • Keep organization and Talent Management team abreast of mainstream recruiting practices

Qualifications

  • Practical working knowledge of employment law and best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred will consider a relevant combination of education and experience.

  • 3-5 years of strong full cycle recruiting in a corporate setting with demonstrated success.

  • Excellent public and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships quickly at all levels within an organization, and also with external candidates, clients, and vendors.

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities; can adapt quickly and with ease to an ever-changing and evolving work environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources files and documents.

  • Resourceful and independent problem solver with a high degree of initiative and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, recruiting database management software, and record keeping.

  • Ability to pass required drug and alcohol testing.

  • Must possess and maintain a clear and free of incident criminal history.

Hours are flexible and may include nights and/or weekends.
