As a Visual / Motion Designer at Ixonos you will work closely with our engineers and the other design disciplines in concepting, designing and building experiences, software and hardware products for our global clientele.

Your key responsibilities

• Researching and benchmarking

• Designing pixel perfect UIs and creating consistent style guides across multiple platforms/devices

• Produce visualizations and mockups to communicate ideas and concepts

• Collaborate with UX designers and engineers in defining information and UI architectures, developing conceptual diagrams, wireframes and low fidelity prototypes

• Applying an holistic approach in understanding design strategies, translate them into design solutions and ensure consistent quality up to the finest details of the design

• Actively participating in design workshops and brainstorming sessions

• Communicating your ideas and design solutions through detailed design documentation

• You have an outstanding portfolio or you are willing to complete a design task to show your talent

• You think before you design, meaning you have a deep understanding of UCD methods and you approach design challenges both on a macro and micro level with an analytical mindset.

• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• You are a team player, willing to support and inspire your peers. You are not afraid of sharing your opinions and you are comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.

• You have +2 years of design experience

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or other relevant field

• You are optimistic and passionate about your role as a designer and your possibilities of improving people’s life with your solutions
