Job Description
Join us as a Global B2B Marketing, Business Development, and Sustainability Support Intern at our international headquarters in Utrecht. In this internship, you will actively contribute to creative business development, hands-on marketing initiatives, and sustainability projects that drive impact across markets.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial, and creative intern who enjoys working on practical marketing and sustainability challenges. A strong technical data engineering background is not required for this role. Preferably, we are looking for a final-year student or someone in the graduation phase.
Your key activities will include:
- Collaborating with local marketing teams to support business development, category marketing, and sustainability plans.
- Assisting in market analysis and translating findings into actionable ideas and product strategies.
- Supporting the coordination of product launches and promotional campaigns with a hands-on mindset.
- Contributing to the creation of branded marketing concepts for local markets.
- Supporting projects related to sustainability, such as responsible sourcing and regenerative agriculture.
- Helping with operational marketing tasks to ensure smooth workflows within the department.
- Collecting and organizing sustainability data for reporting purposes.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit, and a creative approach to problem-solving. You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Creative: You love developing new ideas and translating them into tangible actions.
- Communicative: You’re a confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Organized: Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Passionate: You care about coffee, marketing, and creating a more sustainable future.
- Available for a full-time internship of 5–6 months, ideally starting August or September 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this internship, you must:
- Ensure the internship is part of your study curriculum and contributes to academic credits.
- Have your educational institution willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet’s.
- Be either:
- An EU/EEA student residing in the Netherlands during the internship.
- A non-EU/EEA student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
