Independently handling daily activities of Accounts.

Maintenance of Cash Book & Cash Handling.

Responsible for making timely and accurate data entry of all payable invoices.

Preparation and Filling of Income Tax Return, Sales Tax, VAT Return and all statutory payments.

Deduction and Filing of TDS Return.

Preparation of detail as required by auditors.

Tax Assessment. Account Receivable.

Bank Reconciliation.

Costing- cost evaluation, daily accounting, monthly expenses, preparing of vouchers, general accounting.

Tally, TDS handling.

Should have thorough knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, TDI.

Skills:

The person should be have hands on experience in accounts and finance handling

Be a team player who can work with minimum supervision and be able to interact well with different departments.

Presentable and smart.

Meticulous, responsible and ability to multi-task.

An effective communicator with good command over the English language.

Knowledge of MS Office, specifically be an expert in excel.

Educational Qualifications: BCom/ MCom/ CWA/ CMA/ CA pursuing/ Any other relevant qualification

Previous Work Experience: Entry level to mid-level associates (1-6 years)

Salary: Based on current CTC; negotiable for the right candidate

Working Hours and Work Timings: Mon-Fri, 8.30 am- 5.30 pm. Saturday: 8.30 am-1.30 pm
