JDH Contracting continues its emphasis in the wireless industry adding tower erection and maintenance, and has widened its focus to include communication services such as fiber optic aerial/underground installation, splicing and design.  The company also continues to expand its civil construction division including municipal and commercial site infrastructure services, soil erosion control, wetland remediation, sewer and water installation for production housing and recreation areas such as sports facilities, greenways and trail systems.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for safe completion of Fiber Division projects within budget, on schedule, to the company’s quality standards and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Provide hands on support of assigned projects working with field superintendents, crew leaders and staff as appropriate.
• Responsible for scheduling of field personnel and equipment to ensure effective project delivery.
• Ensure that all assigned project activities are consistent with contract documents and company policy.
• Work closely with Fiber Division Project Management team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Ensure that all closeout documentation is completed accurately and timely to facilitate timely invoicing.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
• Continually define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Assist internal company projects as time allows.
• Assist other company department projects as needed.
