Job Description

Lead the integration and coordination of a portfolio of cross-functional programs and projects to implement a new business model across multiple business lines

  • Develop or facilitate development of project approaches, scopes, timelines, estimates, budgets, and overall staffing model.

  • Facilitate identification and tracking of dependencies among programs and projects

  • Follow and enforce accepted standards for program and project management

• Ensure controls are in place for programs and projects

  • Use and enforce use of appropriate tools for planning, tracking, and reporting of schedules, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, issues, and risks

  • Coach and mentor program and project managers on best practices

  • Facilitate identification and mitigation of escalated issues and risks; raise appropriate issues and risks to senior leadership for resolution

  • Influence cross-functional team members and leaders and facilitate decision making

  • Maintain a non-biased view of the portfolio for reporting to senior leadership

• Provide oversight of budget management to meet company expectations of +/- 2%
