Office Manager for Dealership

Jack Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC - St. Augustine, Florida

Jack Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for the right individual to fill our Accounting Office Manager Position at our mutli-brand General Motors franchise in St. Augustine, FL.

Qualifications;

  • 5 years of dealership experience

  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience

  • Leadership and problem solving ability – ability to learn quickly

  • Detail oriented with audit instincts

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability successfully multi-task and prioritize department duties

  • Must be able to work full time

Position requirements include but are not limited to;

  • Supervising and staffing an office/CSR team of people

  • Monthly closing, accurate and prompt financial reporting

  • Analysis and reconciliation of balance sheets (Inventory, AR, AP, Accruals, Floor Plan, etc.)

  • Cash management, bank reconciliation

  • Payroll

  • Support and train CSRs in exceptional customer service

  • Monitor dealerships financial health and administer office procedures and policies

  • Never stop learning & teaching
