Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Group Assistant to work to provide an efficient operations process for the organization. The ideal candidate will have effective communication and project management skills, be willing to assist members of a team, and have the ability to relate well with diverse individuals.
Responsibilities:
• Network and build relationships across teams
• Collaborate and contribute to a positive team environment
• Partner with operations administrators to resolve issues and optimize the requisition and assignment process
• Work with the team to provide a path and point of contact for operations and issue resolution
• Ensure the recruiting team is aligned with all requisitions and assignments
• Additional administrative support tasks as required

Qualifications

• 5+ years of administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint, Office, Word, Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to learn new software skills quickly
• Experience and ability to work with virtual/remote teams
• Ability to take ownership and accountability of role
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects
• Be a self-starter
• Be detail and goal-oriented
• Ability to analyze and manipulate data
