Job Description

Our south-end client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to our sales team.

We are looking for previous customer service experience in an office setting. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Answering phones and directing calls to the relevant people

• Handling customer inquiries and all aspects of customer service

• Processing of customer orders via fax, email, web, and telephone

• Provide administrative support to management, sales, and purchasing staff

• Maintaining and updating company sales database

Secondary Responsibilities

• Providing timely follow-up to customer quotes and purchases

• Generating customer quotes

• Assist with packaging and shipping as needed

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an office setting working in a Customer Service department

• Proof reading skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment 

• Self-starter and manage time wisely 

• Organizing and Planning

• Multi-task, team orientated, attention to detail

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
