Job Description

Are you a social media guru with a passion for technology? We are looking for a Social Media Team Lead who will be responsible for defining and driving strategic social media engagement, tracking performance, and leading a team of Community Managers to help our stakeholders meet and exceed their goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and its ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Define engagement strategy in alignment with product / marketing business objectives and related to events, releases, and moments in time
  • Plan and manage the social media editorial calendar or partner with / be the point person with agencies, collaborating and providing insights relevant to editorial planning
  • Manage the Social Content Studio for reactive content, planning and providing input during the creative development process (if applicable)
  • Manage Sprinklr for designated brands - includes working with Sprinklr resources on an ongoing basis to manage permissions, troubleshoot, optimize dashboards, and create and manage listening queries
  • Develop and provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, to include engagement metrics, top engagements, themes, and listening insights
  • Manage relationship with stakeholder – Act as day-to-day contact, provide thought leadership, and share value new services can bring (Example: Social Content Studio / Paid Media)
  • Generate insight into community performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage team of Community Managers on goals and performance, as well as providing guidance to help them grow in their careers
  • Manage relationships with triage and support team(s) as it relates to social engagement 
  • Manage the client's budget and provide quarterly updates on spend vs. actual 


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional level social media experience
  • Related experience or education in the field of marketing, communications, advertising or consulting
  • 4 year BA/BS degree in related field required
  • Experience in social media and online engagement tools, preferably Sprinklr
  • A driving passion for social media, building community, interacting with various audiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
  • Experience being point of contact for a client and managing a team
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects
  • Advanced computer literacy in a Microsoft Office environment
