Job Description

We are searching for a Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for coordinating the development of company marketing programs. 50% of time will be spent on managing a marketing funding program and the other 50% will be spent working on marketing execution, running events, sponsorship of industry events, creating communications and working with creating agencies 

This is a contract position through 6/30/16

Responsibilities: 

  • ROI reporting
  • Lead creation, program management, and administration 
  • Draft communications and newsletters, calendar, promotional material and partner communications
  • Maintain tool(s)
  • Manage vendor relationship
  • Coordinate events
  • Manage marketing dashboard
  • Follow up on marketing created leads
  • Email to sellers when new leads created
  • Bi-weekly report to US Services Marketing team

Qualifications

  • Previous Marketing experience/ Marketing knowledge 
  • Excellent Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Previous Project Management experience 
  • Self-starter who has the ability to work independently, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must possess strong cross-team collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Analytics: You have experience measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance metrics to communicate ROI, customer engagement, etc.
