We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager that has a passion for solving complex problems. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas to the table and ensure the completion of assigned deliverables proactively and quickly. The ideal candidate has experience with finance, compliance and audit of organization. The Project Manager will be expected to actively manage project issues and risks throughout the life cycle of projects.

Responsibilities:
• Be proactive and engage in an environment and assess the environment to determine needs or direction
• Meet deadlines, deliverable completion, drive and update the team
• Work with committee to define roles and responsibilities and develop measures of performance to track program effectiveness
• Curate content for Compliance & Audit trainings and ensure they are scheduled in advance and landed per deadlines
• Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues and follow up with corrective actions
• Work with Internal Auditors and business teams to provide response and resolution
• Investigate and reference key policies and procedures and work with desking service to address questions from the business as they come up

• 2-5+ years of Project Management experience with compliance and audit
• Microsoft experience preferred
• Background in communications
• Experience writing policy to a mass team
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with compliance and audit
• Willing to learn, evolve with, and define new role on team
• Experience with Project Management Rhythm of Business
